I’ve been fascinated by wellness and human potential for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Australia, holistic health wasn’t just a trend—it was part of everyday life. At sixteen, fitness became a turning point for me—a way to turn chaos into clarity and discover a deeper connection with myself.

That moment sparked a lifelong journey of education and embodiment. I hold a four-year degree in Kinesiology and am a certified high school teacher, specializing in Physical and Health Education. I’ve also taught Physical Education Additional Qualification (AQ) courses through York University, helping future educators integrate movement and wellness into their classrooms.

For over two decades, I’ve helped people reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems—whether in schools, studios, or through international retreats. As a Canfitpro PRO Trainer for more than 10 years, I’ve certified students in personal training, fitness instruction, and health and wellness coaching. I’m currently a Continuing Education Credit (CEC) provider through Canfitpro and a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), delivering professional training for both fitness and yoga practitioners.

But the real learning came in the quieter moments—the injuries that forced me to slow down, the seasons of burnout, and the reckonings that returned me to meditation not as a technique, but as a lifeline. From that place, The Stillness Method was born.
