Can’t I learn all of this on YouTube?

You could find pieces of it, yes—but this course weaves the science, the practice, and the integration into one coherent, tested path. No ads, no rabbit holes—just clear, compassionate guidance and tools you’ll actually use.

What's the difference between yoga and meditation?

Yoga focuses on physical postures and breath control to enhance overall well-being, while meditation is primarily a mental practice that fosters mindfulness, relaxation, and clarity.

Do I need to have anything before starting?

Nope. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or already calm. You don’t even need a quiet space (though it helps). Just bring your breath and a bit of willingness—and we’ll take it from there.
